Yes! We offer maintenance packages for websites and provide guidance on managing your brand and social media. However, ongoing social media management is not part of our primary offerings.


How long does a typical project take?

The timeline depends on the scope of work. For example:

  • A branding project typically takes 4–6 weeks.
  • A standard website project may take 8–12 weeks. We’ll provide detailed timelines during the proposal process.

Our process is structured into four phases:

Yes, we encourage clients to provide content such as images, branding guidelines, and initial copy. However, we offer copywriting and content creation services to support your needs.


Payments

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your project start date. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, we offer payment plans.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or platforms like PayPal.


Other Questions

What if I want to make changes to my website after the project is complete?

You will receive full access to your website and training to manage it. For ongoing support, we recommend our maintenance package.
