A&K Collective provides digital branding, website design, social media strategy, and content creation services, with specific project details outlined in individual agreements or proposals. All payments must be made according to the agreed timeline, including maintenance packages, which are billed monthly in advance and require a 12-month commitment. After this period, the client may opt to discontinue maintenance, at which point all website controls, hosting, and relevant files will be transferred, and A&K Collective will no longer be liable for the site. Ownership of final deliverables transfers upon receipt of full payment, but A&K Collective retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Projects include a defined number of revisions, and additional revisions or out-of-scope work may incur extra fees. Refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with refunds, if applicable, prorated based on the amount of work completed. A&K Collective is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our services or website.
